3. Discovery Workshop: Digital Transformation Readiness with ePerspectives

This is a short workshop to help establish readiness for Digital Transformation, discuss issues experienced, and tangible solutions and workarounds offered by ePerspectives to eliminate them and accelerate the Digital Transformation journey.

Duration:

2-4 hours (depending on requirements, goals, and availability- can be executed remotely)

Objective:

Help organizations discover, discuss, and assess the business and IT estate and preparedness for successful enterprise digital transformation with focus on the experiences and approach to Digital Transformation, Business Strategy & Model alignment, Business & IT alignment,  Change & Transformation Planning, Governance, Enterprise/Business/IT/Solution architecture, and EA and Business Modeling Tooling (SAG Alfabet and Aris).

Approach:

 In this workshop we use the ePerspectives framework as a best-practice reference framework and TOM (Target Operating Model) in a highly practical manner for EA-driven digital transformation as a basis for an accelerated gap analysis and assessment across various diverse areas across business and IT.

We identify strengths and weaknesses and accelerators as well as eventual bottlenecks and issues pertinent to the EA-driven enterprise digital transformation and share experience, provide concrete advice and answers to specific questions concerns within various areas across business and IT.

We then provide concrete recommendation on how to optimize and accelerate the digital transformation journey and how to implement this as proven best-practice in the EA tools, with emphasis on how to address what truly impacts business.

The focus of this highly interactive workshop is “making things work” and what can directly and immediately bring significant benefits such as 360-degree oversight-based transformation plan optimization, how to reduce costs while achieving digital innovation, how to address regulatory requirements, or become more agile to meet business demands with strategic or tactical portfolio and legacy modernization, what-if scenario analysis, effective governance, Business to IT alignment, and business agility.

This is not a workshop for “academic architecture discussions” (although these can be thoroughly discussed in parallel with lead architects).
