There were different parties involved, including different stakeholders at the client and competitor consulting firms.

Arsalan was able to align all of these parties and established a common structure to get to a shared end deliverable. Program was politically complex, The different elements of the actual program were well identified and structured. Business case was complete and Arsalan managed to get it accepted by all stakeholders. This has been called one of the most successful large scale projects at the client.

This was a complex and strategic country-wide transformational program. It was a major project involving business transformation (data cleaning, portfolio rationalization), billing and collection, control simplification and therefore improved accountancy control.
